WorkLife WellBeing Website Updates

Shortly after WorkLife WellBeing at THE MART opened, I was approached by leadership to update the location’s webpage. Working within the larger WorkLife WellBeing website, my task was to refine and enhance a single page dedicated to this specific location. The goal was to better communicate the company’s story, highlight the facility’s services, and streamline membership acquisition options. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, I ensured that each update aligned with the brand’s identity and goals.

Once the updates were approved, the enhanced webpage was integrated into the broader website. Following this project, I was entrusted with access to make ongoing minor edits, allowing me to maintain and fine-tune the page as needed. This opportunity not only allowed me to contribute to the brand’s digital presence but also provided valuable experience managing a high-traffic public-facing site that receives thousands of visitors weekly.

I was approached by the team at Vornado Realty Trust to enhance and optimize a website originally created by Jerald Kohrs. My role involved making strategic edits to better showcase the gym's services and improve overall marketing impact.

Conceptual Sketches

using the WorkLife WellBeing branding book and the design principles they provided. I created a series of interface design sketches tailored to meet our objectives. One notable design features a 3x3 image tile grid that displays relevant information when hovered over, creating an interactive experience. This concept was inspired by a conversation with the marketing team about how the WorkLife brand and its colors represent a Rubik’s cube, symbolizing the challenge of balancing the pieces of a perfect workday.

Implimentation

After finalizing a design that aligned with the team's vision and was feasible within the WIX platform, I implemented the necessary structural changes to the website. Throughout this process, I collaborated with managers for copywriting and SEO optimization to ensure both the content and functionality met the project's marketing goals.

Maintenance

After completing the website, ongoing maintenance was essential to ensure it remained up-to-date with our monthly membership promotions, images, videos, and service information. Each month, I conducted a detailed audit using a comprehensive global checklist, verifying all links, collateral, and content across the gym's various marketing channels to maintain consistency and accuracy.
