WLWB Special Events Campaign
At WorkLife Wellbeing, I created unique graphic designs for quarterly and monthly special events, each tailored to elevate the experience of our members. These events are crafted to not only raise awareness of our gym's services but also to express appreciation to our members and showcase the exceptional aspects of our fitness facility and staff. My role is to ensure that the visual elements of these events reflect both the dynamic nature of the gym and the vibrant energy of our community.
Each event calls for a distinct visual identity, whether it's a celebration of a seasonal theme, a new service launch, or a special member appreciation event. My designs blend seamlessly with the WellBeing brand, balancing professionalism with creativity to capture the essence of each unique occasion. From posters and digital banners to social media graphics, my work is aimed at drawing attention, evoking excitement, and fostering engagement among our members.
By maintaining consistency with the WorkLife Wellbeing brand, I ensure that every design not only reflects the core values of health, inclusivity, and motivation but also enhances the overall event experience. The result is a visual journey that aligns with our mission and makes every event feel special and memorable.
01
Planning the Event
As a professional event and marketing planner, I specialize in creating impactful experiences that align with your brand’s goals. From the initial event concept—whether it's increasing market presence, raising awareness of services, showing member appreciation, or announcing a sale—I meticulously plan every detail. This includes organizing the RSVP system, event setup, and coordinating the necessary equipment and manpower. Additionally, I strategize the marketing channels to ensure maximum reach, using cohesive branding across all touchpoints to drive engagement and create memorable events.
02
Conceptualize the Marketing
The next step in the process is formulating the event’s branding style, beginning with the event title and visual elements that reflect the theme. I focus on locking down the vibe and feel that aligns with both the energy of the event and the established WorkLife Wellbeing brand. To achieve this, I create 3-5 rough design concepts, each offering a unique visual approach. This ensures we find the perfect look that not only stays true to the brand identity but also captures the event's specific atmosphere and goals.
03
Create and Edit Design
Once a design sketch is selected, I begin creating the final render of the event collateral. During this phase, I carefully focus on key design principles like spacing, color balance, and readability. The copy is crafted to convey just enough information without overwhelming the audience. Once the flyer design is finalized, I convert it into over 10 different formats to ensure consistency and quality across all marketing channels. Whether it's for print, digital displays, newsletters, Instagram, apps, or interactive kiosks, each version is optimized to look its best and maintain the same cohesive brand experience.
04
Activate Marketing
Finally, the marketing campaign is launched at least two weeks before the event, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. This includes securing newsletter spots, sending e-blasts, text message reminders, and updating both the app and website to promote the event. Flyers are also distributed throughout key locations to reach members and potential attendees. Each marketing channel works together to create a cohesive and engaging campaign, building anticipation and ensuring the event is well-attended and successful.
