WorkLife WellBeing Brand Identity Campaign
This portfolio highlights a comprehensive collection of collateral created for WorkLife Wellbeing, a fitness brand owned by Vornado Realty Trust in New York City. As the onsite marketer and brand manager, at their Chicago location, I was entrusted by Vornado's marketing executives to design and manage collateral for all aspects of the gym's operations. This included group fitness promotions, sales tools, event materials, special offers, social media campaigns, and more.
I worked closely with Vornado's marketing team to ensure every piece was on brand and aligned with their corporate standards. Utilizing the Vornado brand book, I produced a wide range of assets such as business cards, brochures, pricing cards, corporate partnership decks, flyers, and multimedia campaigns. These materials not only adhered to brand guidelines but also expanded the scope of content, allowing the gym to effectively communicate its offerings and drive engagement across various channels.
01
Reviewing Brand Guidelines
This project began differently from others, as I was provided with a fully developed branding book produced by the Vornado Realty Trust group's Marketing team. The brand book outlined the guidelines for the entire WorkLife brand, a series of interconnected amenities within Vornado's largest corporate rental buildings. To ensure that my designs aligned with this vision, I worked closely with the Director of Marketing, gaining a solid understanding of the brand's visual identity and key elements.
02
Evaluating Needed Collateral
Alongside reviews of the branding guidelines, I collaborated with the General Managers and the facility's Management group to determine the key collateral needed for opening day. This comprehensive list included essential items such as business cards, pricing cards, flyers, informational pamphlets, grand opening announcements, emails, texts, and digital displays. Each piece of collateral was carefully planned to ensure a cohesive brand presentation and a successful launch event.
03
Implimentation
Taking all the provided information into account, I produced over 30 pieces of collateral within the four-month time frame leading up to opening day. Utilizing a variety of programs, including InDesign, Canva, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and more, I created a wide range of materials. These included print designs, digital assets, videography, social media content, email campaigns, texts, photography, tabling events, corporate stationery, and more. Each piece was crafted to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence, contributing to a successful launch.
04
Maintaining
Once the site opened, the work didn’t stop. It remains an active and fluid environment with constantly changing needs and services on offer. I stay on top of everything, ensuring that all collateral is up-to-date and consistent with the brand. In addition to updating existing materials, I regularly create new collateral and design templates that other team members can use in my absence, maintaining brand integrity throughout the ongoing operations.
